happy CNY eve (:

Brought alooot of stuff to sch! Got reminded of the math hmwk that I didn’t do, so decided to just skip math at 1015, lol. Managed to skip PE too! Haha so after wanting to get the keys, met Doraemon, Mom! :D

Waited in the room for everyone to come. However there was so miscommunication so we had to leave earlier than expected.. Went Ehall to load stuff down. It was the nice nice bus uncle again! Haha his name is JACK, lol. Miss Chong came along w us..

Reached Suntec. Had to walk briskly to the other side, the zebra crossing was so ignored by some of us lah, haha, everyone just dashed across! So dangerous. Had to walk such a looong way to our performance place! Aiyoo & the security guard got so impatient! I think we roamed the whole suntec 1st level for ard 30mins before we got to the ballroom! Haha oh anyway, the convention hall ballroom IS SO DAMN COOOL! Super big & grand! & while setting up the stage, there was some prob so we used 4tables only, instead of the usual 5! Squeezed a lot. The malay guy put 1 mic right infront of our stand.

He: What are you all going to do w the bells ah? Just hold downwards and shake?
Me: No, hold upright and ring out
He: Oh, so where do I put the mic?
Me: Just put it here, I can ‘haha’ into it.

Joyce even said we should BURP into it while performing. He laughed so much lah.


Guess how many seats were there for the audience? 1 000. omg right!


Went to our changing room. It looks like the esplanade’s makeup room! :D 2 sides, 1 for ringers 1 for chimers.. Was slacking inside for ard 1hr, haha. So free man! Went out for buffet lunch :) The food was gorgeous, esp the choc fudge cake!!! Haha everyone went crazy over it. But the only letdown was there were NO seats at all! Cos it was just supp to be a light refreshment for those adults there? But it was our precious lunch! :/ so we hid behind some long and big poster to sit.. Lol. Kept taking food.
Had a 1hr lunch :D

Went back to change, makeup etc. MissGoh provided this glitter lotion thing for cheeks. She passed to me to take care :D Its so pretty! Its called SECRET POTION! Lol I laughed like crazy there! & as usual, she helped us put the moisturizer and glitter puffer thing on our hair and arms. But very soon, all those glitters came off man :/ Oh we prepared damn early cos MissGoh said they were super kan cheong w us lah. They don’t know much abt bells so had no idea how much time we needed to prepare, lol and we waited like 1+1/2 hr for our turn to perform!? Lol was msging Liyun, Mom and Ailing etc to pass time.
Mom & Doraemon were just right outside Suntec at that point in time! They came to watch us! But sadly, the ballroom was only entitled to ppl who had the pass w them. And we had ours too! Printed w the sch name, HAHA.

Played w Theodora, Piggy and Wenxin on the sofa. Yijia & Christabel were providing sound effects, lol w S.H.E songs. And Des went “ can you all STOP singing Chinese songs?!! “ hahaha

Finally our turn to go to the backstage. The whole ceremony was like so casual and funny.. Some managers were acting our skits right before our item! Played some hk videos too, haha. & we tk a peep at the audience, like ohboooy the entire offstage was FILLED! And yep, 1000 of them.

Started off really well w Rondeau. I saw this couple sitting at the 2nd row who kept grinning at us (: Made us more relaxed man. Christabel did really well for emceeing too! Water music, Sakura and Ode to Joy was fine.. Except tt the managers holding our old bells were rather, haha cute :) I like chicken little! Lol private joke (:

Packed up and all. Walked back that super long way again! Haha the ppl there gave us CNY gifts, some small little handbag so suitable for bringing along during visitation =P Finally up the bus and back to school :) Was feeling lethargic all the way, everyone was :/ Cabbed hm w Wenxin Huizi Piggy. Kept crapping abt Piggy lah, was being so mean and all, HAHA but she is going to be a bah gua soon! =P
